We pride ourselves in making the very best product that can be made. If however, you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, we will gladly exchange the item for an identical item or one for the same price.
We take care in every stage of our baking and packaging process to ensure no foreign objects end up in our product, but sometimes pieces of shell from the nuts or a piece of bristle from our brushes can find its way into our product. If you have any issues with any of your baked goods, we will be happy to replace any item for an identical item or one for the same price. Please bring in the item within 48 hours, along with proof of purchase till receipt and we will be happy to replace any item for an identical item or one for the same price.
We do not refund any purchases with cash or charge backs.
